Buster clic elizabethan collar
The Buster Clic® elizabethan collar is a funnel-shaped collar that is used to prevent dogs and cats from licking themselves.
It is used in all kinds of situations. For example, to prevent the animal from:
- removing, chewing or licking its stitches after surgery;
- swallowing an ointment applied to a wound;
- aggravating wounds or impairing wound healing;
- etc.
The collar is made of plastic that is easily washable. Also, because it is transparent, the animal can see through it.
To make sure it is secured in place, the animal’s regular collar can be passed in the elizabethan collar’s loops.
The elizabethan collar can also be loosened or tightened by one or two notches so that it fits the size of the animal’s neck.
Finally, the animal can still eat and drink water while wearing the collar.
