Ticking is very present, especially with grey fur.

Origins and History: In 1985, Carol Ann Brewer from the state of Washington owned a
polydactyl cat named Pixie. The running theory says that she was crossed with a bobcat,
resulting in Pixie Bob kittens. The breed was recognized by TICA in 1998.
Additional notes: Polydactyly is common: 6 or 7 digits in front, and 5 or 6 on back paws.
